Ellie's opened in in November of 2010 and is proudly operated by the Radant Family. Judy, who is a lifelong Chelsea resident with a culinary arts backround, and her two sons, Steve and Mike are co-owners. The store is named after Mike's daughter.
Ellie's recently combined with the Gourmet Chocolate Cafe, and now offers gourmet chocolates and coffee drinks in our newly combined shop.
